What’s the benefit of buying direct?
It can be overwhelming to think about spending hundreds of dollars and receiving a large amount of beef at once and it is not a quick decision to make. However, we can promise you that once you get into the routine of buying direct, you will see the benefits for yourself! It’s a luxury to not have to purchase meat from corporations/grocery stores, knowing it’s already on hand in your freezer at all times!

What should I expect after I place an order?
Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email telling you we received your order. We will contact you to schedule a time for us to deliver it to you! (If this doesn’t work for you, please let us know ahead of time). This ensures the meat will be the freshest you could ever get and the best quality!
How long can I safely store the beef?
For the best quality, beef can generally be stored in the fridge for three to five days. If stored in the freezer, the meat will last up to a year, but for maximum flavor it is best if stored less than six months.
How thick will the steaks be?
We have all of our steaks cut to 1 1/4" thick, except the eye of round steaks at 1".
Is your beef dry-aged?
Yes. Unity Ridge beef is dry-aged for 14 days, making for an enhanced flavor and deepens the tender texture.
What's the lean percentage on UR ground beef?
Here at Unity Ridge we offer 80/20 and 70/30 ground beef. Perfect percentages to keep the meat flavorful and moist, yet not too greasy. Also, this percentage helps keep the shape of a hamburger patty that would otherwise fall apart if the fat content was any higher.
